Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5151.060. Oath of office. — Before taking office every clerk of the county commission shall take and subscribe an oath or affirmation that he will support the Constitution of the United States and of the state of Missouri, and demean himself faithfully in office.
