Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5151.030. Certificate of election recorded. — The certificate of election with the oath or affirmation of office of such clerk endorsed thereon, shall be recorded in the office of the recorder of the county before any other duty of his office is discharged.
