Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5050.470. Officers to keep an account of fees collected for others. — Every sheriff, marshal, coroner, and all clerks of courts of record and all other officers shall, at the expense of their respective counties, procure a book in which a correct account of all fees collected by such officer, giving the date when collected, and in what case, giving the name of the person entitled thereto, shall be entered.
