Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5050.390. Officers to settle with county commission. — All county officers and other persons chargeable with moneys belonging to any county shall render their accounts to and settle with the county commission in the manner and at the time prescribed by law.
