Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5050.330. Salaries of county officers and assistants, how paid. — Any salary provided for a county officer, deputies and assistants, shall be paid by warrants drawn on the county treasury and unless otherwise provided by law, shall be approved by the governing body of the county.
