Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 5050.1220. NonLAGERS member contribution, amount. — Each employee who is not a member of LAGERS shall make a contribution of seven-tenths of one percent of his or her compensation to a defined contribution account established on the employee's behalf. This contribution shall be made by payroll deduction.
