Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 4949.565. Surplus in fund, disposition of. — If any surplus is accumulated in the separate and special fund during any year, the excess may be transferred by the governing body of the county to the sinking fund or applied to the requirements for the fund for the next succeeding year.
