Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 4949.264. County commission may grant easements to watershed subdistricts. — The county commission of any county may grant easements over any county roads, township roads or any county lands or township lands to any watershed subdistrict for any purpose for which the subdistrict is organized pursuant to the provisions of chapter 278.
