Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 4949.050. Commissioners to be commissioned by governor. — The clerks of the county commission shall certify to the governor the names of the persons elected as county commissioners, and the governor shall thereupon commission all such persons as commissioners for their respective terms for which they may have been elected.
