Title VI COUNTY, TOWNSHIP AND POLITICAL SUBDIVISION GOVERNMENT
Chapter 4747.150. Vacancy in county seat commission, how filled. — If any of the commissioners die, resign, refuse or neglect to act, the county commission may appoint others in their stead, who shall take the same oath, possess the same powers and perform the like duties as if originally appointed.
