Title V MILITARY AFFAIRS AND POLICE
Chapter 4343.310. Director, appointed by superintendent — responsibility. — The superintendent of the Missouri state highway patrol shall appoint from the membership of the patrol, a director of the governor's security division who shall be responsible for the operation of the division.
