Title IX SUFFRAGE AND ELECTIONS
Chapter 115115.700. Local issues, petition, form and procedure, when. — When the form of a petition is not provided by law for local issues, the provisions of section 115.019 shall, as far as possible, govern the form of the petition, but not the date of the election.
