Title IX SUFFRAGE AND ELECTIONS
Chapter 115115.381. Secretary of state to notify appropriate election authorities of nomination, when. — Whenever the selections are properly certified to the secretary of state by the chair or acting chair of the party nominating committees for a special election or after the secretary of state has certified the names of candidates pursuant to section 115.387 or 115.401, the secretary of state shall notify all appropriate election authorities of the selections in a timely fashion.
