Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 3737.007. Credit card, debit card, and other electronic payments, statewide system for all state agencies and departments. — Within six months of August 28, 2012, the commissioner of the office of administration shall develop and implement a statewide system or contract with any third party to allow all state agencies and departments to accept payments made by a credit card, debit card, or other electronic method designated by the commissioner. State agencies and departments shall not incur any additional fees for utilizing such payment methods.
