Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 3636.290. Effect of transfer or promotion to an exempt position. — Any person in a position subject to this law who may be transferred or promoted to a position exempted under section 36.030, may, by action of the board, at the conclusion of his occupancy of such position, be restored to his previous status under this law.
