Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 3333.420. Endorsement of duplicate bonds. — Said duplicate bonds or coupons shall be endorsed, when registered, and before the delivery, as follows:
This duplicate bond (or coupon) is issued in the place of the original bond (or coupon) of like number and amount, proved to be lost or destroyed.
