Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 3333.360. Endorsement of surrendered bonds. — The state treasurer shall endorse the bond or bonds or coupons surrendered with the words:
Cancelled and duplicate issued this ______ day of ______ A.D. ______ ,
his signature to be attested by the secretary of state.(RSMo 1939 § 13073, A.L. 1945 p. 1428 § 90, A.L. 1977 H.B. 178)
