Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 3333.200. Penalty for certification of unauthorized claims. — If the commissioner of administration knowingly certifies any claims or accounts for payment, not authorized by law, he shall, upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment in the penitentiary for not less than two years nor more than five years.
