Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 3333.110. Fiscal year defined — reports to general assembly. — The fiscal year of the state shall commence on July first and terminate on June thirtieth following, and the books, accounts and reports of the public officers shall be made to conform thereto; and all reports required by law to be made to the general assembly shall be made during the first twenty days after the meeting of the general assembly.
