Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 3030.330. Official records, retention and destruction, duties. — The state treasurer shall keep such records as may be necessary for the proper performance of his duties. He shall file, retain, store and destroy those records in accordance with the state and local records law.
