Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 3030.230. Immediate deposit in demand deposits. — Immediately upon receipt of state moneys the state treasurer shall deposit all state moneys in the state treasury to the credit of the state on demand deposit in banking institutions selected by him and approved by the governor and the state auditor and thereafter withdraw such moneys as authorized by law.
