Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 3030.090. Certificate of settlement to persons entitled thereto. — If the general assembly shall be in session when such settlement is made, it shall cause to be made out and delivered to the person entitled thereto a certificate of such settlement, showing the balance of moneys, securities and effects for which he is accountable, and what has been delivered to his successor.
