Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 3030.005. State treasurer, term of office, term begins, when. — The state treasurer shall hold office for a term of four years beginning at 12:00 noon on the second Monday in January next after his or her election and until a successor is elected and qualified.
