Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 2929.205. Power to audit school districts. — Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the state auditor shall have the power to audit any school district or charter school within the state in the same manner as the auditor may audit any agency of the state.
