Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 2929.060. Appointment of other employees. — The state auditor is authorized to appoint, and within the limits of his appropriation to fix the compensation of such auditors, accountants, supervisors, examiners, clerks and other employees as may be necessary in the performance of his duties under the law.
