Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 2828.305. Secretary of state's transition period defined. — The "transition period" shall begin on the fifteenth day of November following the election of a secretary of state who is not an incumbent and shall end when that secretary of state-elect has taken the oath of office.
