Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 2828.200. Penalty for neglect of duty. — If the secretary of state shall at any time neglect or refuse to perform any of the duties enjoined on him by law, he shall pay to the person aggrieved a sum not less than one hundred dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, to be recovered by civil action.
