Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 2626.500. Governor may submit plans for reorganization of executive agencies. — Within the first thirty days of any regular legislative session, the governor may submit to both houses of the legislature, at the same time, one or more formal and specific plans for the reorganization of executive agencies of state government.
