Title IV EXECUTIVE BRANCH
Chapter 2626.090. Expense of audit. — The expense of any audit ordered by the governor under sections 26.060 to 26.090 shall be borne out of an auditing fund to be appropriated by the general assembly to be used by the governor for that purpose.
