Chapter 526 Injunctions
Section 526.100 Notice, to whom given.
526.100. Before an injunction shall be granted to stay any proceedings, the applicant shall give reasonable notice, in writing, to the adverse party, if within the state, or to his known agent or attorney, if he has any in the state.
