Chapter 610 Governmental Bodies and Records
Section 610.175 Flight log records after flight, open public records for elected members of executive and legislative branches.

MO Rev Stat § 610.175 (2016) What's This?

610.175. Any records or flight logs pertaining to any flight or request for a flight after such flight has occurred by any elected member of either the executive or legislative branch shall be open public records under this chapter, unless otherwise provided by law. The provisions of this section shall only apply to a flight on a state-owned plane.
