Chapter 483 Clerks of Courts of Record and Court Records
Section 483.530 Fees, clerk's duties.

483.530. The clerk who is responsible for collecting fees pursuant to the provisions of section 483.550 shall charge and collect the court costs in such amounts as are determined pursuant to sections 488.010 to 488.020*.
