Chapter 483 Clerks of Courts of Record and Court Records
Section 483.225 Office, where kept.
483.225. Notwithstanding any other provisions of law or provisions of supreme court rules, the clerk of the supreme court shall keep his office in the supreme court building at Jefferson City and other personnel which the supreme court is authorized to appoint pursuant to section 477.005 may keep their offices in the supreme court building.
