Chapter 483 Clerks of Courts of Record and Court Records
Section 483.130 Courts to direct filing of papers.
483.130. Subject to other provisions of law, the provisions of supreme court rule and the supervisory jurisdiction of the supreme court, the courts, respectively, shall, by rule, direct the pleadings and other papers to be filed in such form and in such places as the court shall determine to best serve the citizenry, and shall direct their clerks in making up the rolls of the judgments rendered.
