483.086. In any city not within a county the circuit clerk shall serve as secretary to the court en banc. The circuit clerk shall attend all sittings of the court en banc at which the presiding judge presides, and keep the minutes of such proceedings. At the circuit clerk's direction, a deputy circuit clerk may perform the duties of the secretary of the court en banc.
