Chapter 478 Circuit Courts
Section 478.483 Jurisdiction as to mechanic's liens.
478.483. All mechanic's liens upon real estate situate in Kaw township in Jackson County shall be filed in the office of the clerk of the circuit court at Kansas City, and suits for the enforcement thereof shall be brought in the circuit court at Kansas City.
