Chapter 576 Offenses Affecting Government
Section 576.030 Until December 31, 2016--Obstructing government operations.

576.030. 1. A person commits the crime of obstructing government operations if he purposely obstructs, impairs, hinders or perverts the performance of a governmental function by the use or threat of violence, force, or other physical interference or obstacle.

2. Obstructing government operations is a class B misdemeanor.
