Chapter 567 Prostitution
Section 567.070 Until December 31, 2016--Promoting prostitution in the third degree.

567.070. 1. A person commits the crime of promoting prostitution in the third degree if he knowingly promotes prostitution.
2. Promoting prostitution in the third degree is a class D felony.
