Chapter 567 Prostitution
Section 567.085 Beginning January 1, 2017--Promoting travel for prostitution--penalty.

567.085. 1. A person commits the offense of promoting travel for prostitution if he or she knowingly sells or offers to sell travel services that include or facilitate travel for the purpose of engaging in prostitution as defined by section 567.020.
2. The offense of promoting travel for prostitution is a class D felony.
