Titles, licenses and permits for pledged goods to remain in effect, void when--ownership passing to pawnbroker, right to retitle or relicense.

367.053. Any title, license or permit for pledged goods shall remain in effect during the period of the pawn transaction and shall remain valid if such pledged goods are redeemed by the pledgor, and shall be voided if the pledged goods are redeemed by someone other than the pledgor or when ownership of the pledged goods passes to the pawnbroker, who shall retitle, relicense or repermit such goods as otherwise provided by law.
