302.770. The director may execute or make agreements, arrangements, or declarations to carry out the provisions of sections 302.700 to 302.780 with the licensing authorities of other states, a territory or possession of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Mexico, and the provinces or territories of Canada.
