Penalty for violations.

302.340. Whenever in sections 302.010 to 302.540 the doing of anything is required or is prohibited or is declared to be unlawful, any person who shall be convicted of a violation thereof shall be deemed guilty of a class A misdemeanor. Each day's violation of or failure, refusal or neglect to comply with any provision of sections 302.010 to 302.540 shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
