Actions against lienors barred.

430.130. Conformity to the requirements of sections 430.080 to 430.140 shall be a perpetual bar to any action against such lienor by any person for the recovery of such chattels or the value thereof, or of any damages growing out of the failure of such person to receive such chattels.
