Definition of vehicle.

430.010. The word "vehicle", as used in sections 430.010 to 430.070, means vehicles drawn by horses and other animals, motor vehicles, and boats or craft used or capable of being used as a means of transport on water. Any machinery used as the principal source of propulsion for a boat or craft is part of or equipment of the boat or craft.
