Penalty.

419.050. Any hotel keeper who shall violate any of the provisions of section 419.040 or who shall charge any guest a greater rate than is specified in said notice shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than fifty dollars for each offense.
