Use of funds, restrictions.

414.580. No funds collected by the council shall be used in any manner for influencing legislation or for campaign contributions, except that the council may recommend to the director changes in sections 414.500 to 414.590 or other statutes that would further the purposes of sections 414.500 to 414.590.
