Rules, authority, promulgation.

414.142. The director of agriculture and the director of revenue may promulgate such rules as shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter and which in their judgment will best serve to carry out the purpose thereof. No rule or portion of a rule promulgated under the authority of this chapter shall become effective unless it has been promulgated pursuant to the provisions of section 536.024.
