Inspection fees--records, reports.
414.092. The director of revenue shall keep a record of each person paying an inspection fee and the fee record shall be open to inspection by the governor, or any person for him, as well as any other interested person. The director of revenue shall make a detailed report annually to the governor of all business transacted by his office, and shall provide such report to any other interested person.
