Director not to deal in grain, exception.

411.061. The director shall not, directly or indirectly, be interested in buying or selling grain, either on his own account or for others or in handling or storing grain as a public warehouseman or on private account, during his term of office; except that, he may sell, handle or store any grain produced in his own farming operation.
