Attorney general or prosecutor to handle actions for violations, exception.

407.553. Notwithstanding other provisions of law to the contrary, the attorney general or the county prosecuting attorney shall have authority to file and prosecute any criminal or civil action authorized by sections 301.252 and 301.280 and sections 407.511 to 407.556 except for the civil action authorized by section 407.546.
